Stanley is putting the final touch on his new album Toys of Men, which is scheduled for release in October.

Comments:
Stanley, I`m very happy you have come out with a new cd. Especially since it sounds like the music material we all loved from back in the day. Which is sorely missing now. Yes, there is some good jazz out there, but I still long for the jazz/fusion, CTI jazz years. Its great to see you getting back with Chick, Lenny, and Al Dimeola. I can`t wait. Maybe, and I know this is a big maybe, but, maybe you can get the major label companies to re-issue your original albums on high rez cds like SACD or DVD-a. Or at least, or have them re-mastered by Creed Taylor or Doug Sax at Mobile Fidelity. Or, where you recorded this one, and the RTF albums as well!!Anyway, I believe that the gear used at this studio is revered for its very clean and analog type sound. Is that right? ALL tube stuff? Anyway, I finally can have some REAL music to listen to.Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and your family. Maybe you can send me a promotional copy of Toys, or even some classic RTF stuff and some of your stuff. If so, my address is:31 Robertson Avenue, White Plains, N.Y.10606-1103. One thing, Les Davis and WRVR 106.7 that played all the jazz is gone. CD 101.9 here in New York is a joke, WBGO plays the straight ahead jazz, there is no station here to play this music. Anyway, you can see I`m quite excited. Waiting for the live concert. My bass player Reggie at my church is a fan of yours as well. Hope you can respond back.

If I remember correctly, this place was known for great analog and tube equipment, and the recordings were great. Is this so? deacongreg@optonline.net
BTW Stanley, I`m so glad this cd is kinda a throw back to what we loved your music for, in the first place. And to hear, that return to Forevver is getting back together is great. Finally, some real music to listen to. But, unfortunately, with WRVR gone here in New York along with Les Davis, there is no radio station that will play your music. CD 101.9 is a pop station. What a joke. But, I`m real happy for you. Again, deacongreg@optonline.net
