The Toys of Men Launches To No.2 in Sales
Comments:
I hope you go to number one, and I know this is a stretch for a jazz release, but I pray it goes platinum.
Toys of Men is by far the bravest, talented and poetic CD you've put out in years.

When I heard the first two cuts, I was thrilled to hear the sounds of the good old days jazz/fushion. . Your bass solos were fresh, funky and mind blowing as always. Acoustic compositions a great mix. I'm glad you feature a violinist. I was fortunate enough to see you perform with Jean Luc Ponty. By the way, I just saw RTF play in Jacksonville, Oregon and was transported back to the days when music was worth listening to. Thank you Stanley! Because of you the bass is my favorite instrument and you have been my favorite muscian since I first bought School Days. Thank you for contiunihg to create music that is nearly extinct in the world today. Shelley Mitchell Shelley Mitchell |
