Clarke/Duke Jam and Teach in South Africa (August 28, 2007) - The Clarke Duke Project was a hit in the recent August appearance at the 10th Annual Joy of Jazz Festival in Johannesburg, South Africa. In addition to their 2 days of performances in the country, Stanley and George also taught at workshops for local musicians. Regarding the shows, The Sowetan newspaper said, "While performances by a host of other musicians were also appreciated by the crowd, George Duke and Stanley Clarke's was a notable one." Stanley is putting the final touch on his new album Toys of Men, which is scheduled for release in October.
